pasttraditions sale on etsy and I received my Kona Cotton!

I am having a sale at etsy, lots of rag quilts are marked down ~ just in time for the holidays and most items have free shipping! So stop buy and see what I have for sale!!!

I also received my Kona Cotton! They are all just great colors... they are azure, blueberry, caribbean, coal, cyan, dusty blue, lagoon, peacock, robin's egg, turquoise, and white. Love those blues.... I can't wait to get started on my new project. I have to finsh the binding on a stripes quilt first though :( Hopefully I will get it finished and listed in the next couple days!

Heather Ross...

If you have ever visited my pasttraditions shop on etsy you will soon find out how much I like her fabric!
My initial love for Heather Ross fabric started when I stumbled across a quilt made with the goldfish prints from the Lightning Bugs and Other Mysteries line. They were soooooo cute! I just had to figure out where to get some of that wonderful fabric! :) So an obsession started. I discovered her fabrics when the Mendocino line was out, so my search began to get all my favorites that were already out of production.

I have a small collection, but of course there is more I still want. Currently I am trying to find some calypso and seagulls. Those two would make my Heather ross blue and beach stash complete. I am working on a quilt for me :) to showcase all of my favorite prints. Each one will be framed in a different Kona cotton. I just put in an order today! I can't wait. :)

Seashells

I finished this quilt today. It features seashells in storm and pacific blues. This quilt would be great for anyone who likes seashells. It features the hard to find caspian fabric in this color from the Neptune line from Tula Pink for Moda on the back. I will be listing this lovey quilt this weekend.

I have been using up some of my fabric stash. No new fabrics are really catching my eye.... I have a few lines I am thinking about though.

More Neptune...

Some pictures of some quilts I have sold using the Neptune line.

Neptune

Ahhhhh.... who does not love the ocean! When this fabric line called Neptune by Tula Pink came out I knew I just had to have it. I have used alot of this fabric. I have a little left in my fabric stash that I will be making into some quilts this week. The cut fabric shown is going to be for The Neptune stroller size rag quilt. Thanks for stopping by!
